This usually comes down to personal preferences, your and your partner’s height, and even your mood at the time of trying these sex pillow positions. My advice: Don’t focus on trying to make every wedge pillow sex position work for you. Just focus on the sex pillow positions that feel good for you and your partner and forget about the rest. Here we go… 1. Jockey Position With A Pillow/Sex Wedge The Jockey sex position works great during regular sex or when you’re having anal sex. The receiving partner will start by lying down on their stomach on the bed/floor and placing the sex wedge under their hips like in the illustration above.
